Quality Specialist
We are looking for a Quality Specialist to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in quality control, logistics, warehouse operations, or manufacturing who enjoys problem-solving and working with a team.
What You'll Do
- Inspect and audit products and shipments
- Perform quality checks and inventory counts
- Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes
- Review Bills of Materials (BOMs) and quality specifications
- Document processes and quality findings
- Perform inventory transactions in Oracle
- Assist with quality procedures and audits
- Train and support inspectors and quality auditors
- Operate a reach truck/forklift as needed
- Work with team members to resolve quality and inventory issues
What We're Looking For
- Experience in quality, logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing
- Reach truck/forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good math and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work well in a team
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback professionally
