Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementations of the Kivo platform, ensuring compliance with regulated processes Manage a portfolio of accounts post-implementation, cultivating senior-level relationships and driving expansion opportunities Support customers through change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new features and configurations Required Qualifications 5-10+ years of experience in customer success or implementation roles within a life-sciences SaaS environment Strong domain knowledge of Quality processes in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries Experience leading software implementations in regulated environments Working knowledge of GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements Applied AI experience with AI models for workflow automation and customer guidance
