Job TitlePosition is responsible for leading and performing the maintenance of the quality software applications and processes, development and implementation of new processes to achieve evolving business objectives, and implementation of data and analytics methodologies in support of the business and sites. Position will be responsible for evaluating the viability of implementing the quality system across the organization and leading the integration activities at facilities.Key Position ResultsEffective and timely project implementationImproved process performance through use of technologyA highly integrated and functional corporate quality systemTimely issue resolution (plant support)Maintain relationships with key business and facility partnersClear and concise communicationKey Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage and develop staff, including initiating recruitment and retentionProvide facility support resources for all quality software user activitiesManage quality software supplier relationship and while implementing/upgrading quality software modulesLead quality data and analytics initiatives to develop and gather actionable metrics to support the business functionsIntegrate quality software modules/reports for newly acquired locationsDevelop test plans for quality software upgradesWork with Supplier Quality to develop improved electronic process for Supplier Ratings and PPAP systemsDevelop and maintain revision control for work instructions relating to software processesOther duties as assignedCritical Skills, Knowledge and AbilitiesMust be a self-motivated leader who can manage and complete a wide array of projects on time and gain results through others.
