Quality Manager - WA Licensed

To enhance Patient Access Services across the enterprise, the full-time remote Senior Manager Quality - WA Licensed will manage process improvements, oversee training and education, and analyze data to ensure high-quality service delivery. Key responsibilities Managing and improving Patient Access Services departments to ensure stability and quality Overseeing program initiatives related to process improvement, Epic enhancements, and team management Conducting data analysis and interpretation to inform strategic planning and operational improvements Required qualifications H.S. Diploma or GED Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare management, public health, or a related field 8 or more years of experience in Patient Access Services or Revenue Cycle departments 10 or more years of experience in a large healthcare delivery system 6 or more years of management experience
