Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Software Quality Engineers
- Translate program technical and contractual requirements into SQE priorities
- Define and implement SQE processes, checklists, and metrics
- Provide approval and oversight of technical approaches and software verification strategies
- Coordinate supplier SQE activities and assess supplier deliverables for quality
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience supporting software development programs
- 1+ year of experience supporting software quality engineering with AS9115 and/or DO-178 requirements
- 1+ year of experience working with program leadership to prioritize and resolve technical quality issues
