☀️ Do you walk a solar project and immediately notice what's wrong?
Good. We need you.
BEAR Construction is hiring a Solar Quality Manager in Illinois.
We're looking for someone who understands commercial rooftop AND ground-mount solar and knows the difference between work that's technically finished and work that's actually done right.
You'll work directly with our field and project teams to:
- Inspect solar installations
- Verify electrical + mechanical quality
- Build and manage QA/QC processes
- Document issues before they become expensive problems
- Drive corrective action with subs and field teams
- Help projects move cleanly through commissioning and closeout
We're especially interested in people who've spent real time in the field around modules, racking, rooftop attachments, trackers/fixed-tilt systems, wiring, grounding/bonding and solar electrical equipment.
If your natural reaction to seeing questionable workmanship is,"Hang on, that's not right," you may be exactly who we're looking for.
- Illinois / Chicagoland
- Commercial rooftop + ground mount
- Field-focused role
Come help BEAR build solar projects we're proud to put our name on.
