Permanent Residence, or U.SResponsibilitiesThe Quality Manager ensures that KIHM QMS conforms to Customer, AS9100, NADCAP and regulatory / legal requirementsOversees the inspection of incoming materials, in-process and final product ensuring they meet requirementsOversees inspection personnel (scheduling, performance reviews, etc..)Training employees on Quality proceduresPerforms root cause analysis of discrepancies (System or product) and implement corrective actionsAnalyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaintsEvaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement and analytical equipment (MSA studies)Perform Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) on new programs to minimize or eliminate risk by focusing on prevention and continuous improvementManage the monitoring, measurement and review of internal processWorks with Engineering and Operations to ensure company goals are metPrepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing dataAssist in developing training to build quality awarenessPerforms audit (internal, external)Other various duties as needed or as assignedFully understand blueprints, drawings, templates, preliminary sketches and/or work ordersPhysical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee should have the ability to stand for long durations of time.
