Quality Manager - RNNursing leaders are encouraged to consider a full-time Quality Manager position with Liberty Healthcare.This is a key management role with new statewide initiative to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a largescale critical incident, grievance and complaint management system for Home and Community-Based Services provided to older adults, vulnerable individuals, and people living with disabilities.Program elements will include:Partnering with state agency teamsCreating an ideal experience for individuals who report complaints and grievancesReviewing, triaging, processing reported incidents on a timely basisEnsuring a high degree of consistency and quality of reviewsData analysis and reportingProviding technical assistance to HCBS providersPreparing for future initiativesResponsibilities:Hiring, training and supervising a team of 10 human services professionalsQuality oversight of incident management, grievance review and complaint resolution activitiesEnsuring the efficient and effective processing of a high volume of casesProviding clinical leadershipConsulting on complex casesData analysis and reportingSupporting the program's Director with various leadership activitiesLeading with a focus on the best interests of the people we serveSchedule:You will work primarily Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
