I’m partnering with a fast-growing, employee-owned (ESOP) general contractor that’s delivering a strong pipeline of complex infrastructure and civil projects across New York.
They’re looking for a Quality Control Manager to take ownership of quality across active projects—working closely with project teams, field staff, and clients to ensure consistent execution and compliance with the highest standards.
Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 (D.O.E + ESOP benefits)
Sector: Heavy Civil / Infrastructure (Transit, Bridges, Highways, Utilities)
