Job Description
Lead and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System
Oversee quality operations across molding and secondary processes
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA)
Manage customer complaints and supplier quality issues
Lead internal and external audits (customer + certification)
Develop and track quality KPIs and performance metrics
Partner with production and engineering on process improvements
Support new product launches and PPAP activities
Lead and develop quality team members
Drive continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Manager should have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years in quality leadership within manufacturing
Injection molding or plastics experience strongly preferred
Experience with ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 a plus)
Strong root cause/problem-solving skills (8D, Fishbone, etc.)
Ability to read prints and specifications (GD&T preferred)
Leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred:
Automotive or medical manufacturing background
Six Sigma or CQE certification
Experience with PPAP/APQP processes
