- Analyze all quality data for Ford North America Interior Systems Engineering Warranty
- Develop action plans to address current model quality issues and achieve quality goals
- Engage with key suppliers for root cause analysis
- Deliver supplier recovery initiatives
- Lead Cost per Repair improvement initiatives
- Manage Interior Systems Current Model Quality and Campaign Prevention teams
- Work with design and release teams to develop design actions
- Work with manufacturing teams to improve quality-related processes
- Lead an Americas-based team performing detailed warranty repair and spend analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 10 years of automotive quality experience
- 5 years of body interior/exterior systems experience in an automotive domain
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Visa sponsorship is not available
- Master's degree in Engineering (preferred)
- DFMEA/PFMEA experience (preferred)
- Six Sigma background/Green Belt/Black Belt (preferred)
- Root Cause Analysis experience (preferred)
- Manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Product Design experience (preferred)
