Quality Manager in Manufacturing
Compensation: $85,000 to 110,000 depending on Experience
Location: Indianapolis

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Oversee the quality team and quality processes –further develop QC systems –conduct audits to identify and correct deficiencies – proactively provide feedback to product development in preventing and reducing all quality related costs in manufacturing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals

WHAT CRITERIA YOU'LL NEED TO LAND THIS JOB:
- Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years experience
- ASQ Quality Certificate preferred
- Lean Sigma experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Not needing VISA assistance now or in the future.
