We are ready to shape a stronger future for our company and invest in your success.Main DutiesMonitors APQP activities and help to coordinate with CFT's (If applicable)Works with Corporate Quality Auditor (CQA) to maintains ISO/IATF registration, thru audits and management reviews, and reviews findings identified by CQA to ensure that proper actions are being takenWorks with CFT Teams on internal problem resolution and continuous improvementEvaluate and sign off on CAPAs, quality plans, documentation, customer complaints, audits, validations, training, NCMRs and other quality feedback mechanisms. Escalation contact for customer issuesReport to Management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement through KPI activitiesEnsures compliance with IPC610 acceptability requirementsThrough subordinates, designs, directs, and monitors Quality Control activities; works with SQE for incoming/outgoing inspection, SPC, in process and final audit.Assists in design, training and implementation of quality training programsAssist in the development and launch of standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including Supplier Quality Manuals and company quality records.Maintain documentation relating to quality activitiesSupports the Nonconforming Material process with CFT teamsOther duties as assigned by supervisorPosition RequirementsManufacturing factory experience (required)Bilingual (Spanish and English) is desiredASQ Registration (highly desired)ISO/IATF Audit experience (required)IPC610 Registration (highly desired)Education and ExperienceMinimum 4-year college degree (or equivalent experience); electronics manufacturing experience a plusExperience with Quality Engineering concepts and activitiesMinimum 3 years' experience in automotive environment (preferably electronics or electrical)Skill SetAnalytical & Organizational skills.
