Position Summary:
- Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a manufacturer in the Anderson, IN area who is seeking a Quality Manager who will direct the quality department to ensure quality on new and existing products and technology development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- College Degree Preferred
- Automotive Quality Experience. Need Experience in Quality Leadership.
- Needs to be Comfortable with Customer Quality Issues.
- Ability to Work Cross Functionally Amongst Maintenance Production and Engineering.
- Willingness to Grow and Develop Quality Team in Both a Hands Off and Hands on Manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement short- and long-term quality and business strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Support quality systems and ensure alignment with customer and organizational requirements
- Ensure products and processes meet established quality and performance standards
- Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to evaluate and improve process capabilities
- Drive the use of effective and reliable processes to support consistent production
- Ensure operational practices align with production goals, quality standards, and customer expectations
