Quality Management: Project ManagerWe are seeking a Quality Management: Project Manager to join our team. You'll lead supplier quality initiatives, oversee rigorous inspection protocols, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements across our adjustable desks, monitor arms, and POS solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:Leading PPAP, First Article Inspections (FAI), and supplier qualification processesManaging incoming inspection plans and supplier corrective actionsImplementing PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flows, and ISO 9001:2015 complianceDriving structured problem-solving (8D, Fishbone, 5-Why, FMEA) across functionsSupporting validation testing and final product performance checksMentoring junior engineers and quality techs, and delivering quality trainingDriving quality metrics and KPIs like defect rates, PPM, and customer returnsParticipating in CAPA, audit prep, and warranty failure analysisWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering5–10 years of experience in quality engineering (automotive, aerospace, or machining environments strongly preferred)Hands-on experience with PPAP, FAI, supplier audits, and ISO 9001Strong GD&T knowledge and mechanical inspection skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office; QMS/ERP systems a plusCertifications such as Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), CQE, or CQA are a bonusExcellent communication, analytical thinking, and team collaboration skillsWillingness to travel 10–15% to domestic and international suppliers
