Quality Lead III – GMP Manufacturing & Compliance

Surmasis is seeking a Quality Lead to ensure products are manufactured under GMP and in line with internal specs. You will spend most time in the cleanroom and manufacturing areas, guiding personnel and performing in-process QA checks.

You will review documents for GMP compliance, train staff, lead a team, manage multiple processes, and adapt to shift changes. Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate results to QA management are essential.
