Quality Lead — cGMP Lab Compliance & Training

Creative Testing Solutions, a nonprofit donor testing laboratory, seeks a Quality Specialist I–III in Charlotte, NC. Under supervision, you will apply standard procedures to ensure cGMP testing quality and release of results to customers, while guiding quality teams and ensuring compliant documentation.

You will review QC data, approve final results, coordinate shifts, train staff, and participate in audits and CAPA activities to uphold the highest quality standards across all workflows.
