Job TitleIncoming, process, quarantine, customer service to assurance to reach the company objectives through their experience on the administration of the product, process and personal, interacting with internal and corporate management team and costumers relations.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreate, send, and file lab certification sheets for customersEnter lab data into database daily and coordinate lab filesWork with production keeping abreast of daily foam results and customer cert sheet needsCoordinate, prepare, and ship lab samples to customersCreate spreadsheets of lab results to analyze lab dataConducts all physical testing on foam in the lab for example: Density, ILD, Tensile, Tear, Elongation, etc.Schedule sample cuts and cut on Bandsaw for various testsSend certification sheets to appropriate customersRun analysis on unknown foams for sales quotationsConduct and help maintain MSA studiesMaintain Lab integrity in terms of cleanliness and other specific requirementsPrepare and maintain lab equipmentCommunications with supervisor when non-conforming product.Stops production to correct quality problems.Environmental aspect and impact awareness.Report any inconsistency or nonconformance on the product and participate in the corrective/preventive actions processAuthority to stop shipment, stop production to correct quality problemsTraining RequiredTraining Plan assigned by his ManagerEducation and/or Experience QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDKnowledge of fraction/decimal conversions & metric system and basic mathRead tape measure to 16ths; calculate simple formulasCarry foam weighing up to 25 poundsPush/pull carts weighing up to 400 poundsProficiency with Microsoft Word and ExcelCommunicate orally in English and legibly and effectively in writingPrior manufacturing experienceDesired Traits:Other Requirements:This job description does not state or imply that all duties to be performed are specifically identified above.
