Quality InspectorWe are looking for a Quality Inspector in Oxnard to check precision parts used in the aerospace and defense industry. In this role, you will use measuring tools, read blueprints, and inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements.ResponsibilitiesInspect aerospace and defense parts to ensure they meet quality standards.Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to check dimensions and tolerances.Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.Record inspection results and report any defects or quality concerns.Work with production teams to resolve quality issues.Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all inspections.Manage multiple inspection tasks throughout the shift.Follow safety and quality procedures in a manufacturing environment.Stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks as needed.Required QualificationsExperience in quality inspection or manufacturing.Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.Ability to meet ITAR requirements.Ability to pass a 5-panel drug screening.Preferred Qualifications1+ year of assembly or manufacturing experience.Aerospace or defense industry experience.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.Employees benefit from a comprehensive package that supports health, financial security, and work-life balance, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement plan, paid time off, and parental leave.
