You'll be:Performing visual, mechanical, and functional inspections of plastic, sheet metal, electronic, and electro-mechanical components to ensure conformance to customer specificationsCompleting real-time data entry and documenting quality results in internal systemsProviding feedback to engineers and maintaining relevant drawings and proceduresConducting inspections on various production lines and stages of assembly, utilizing IPC-A-610 Standards, BOMs, visual aids, and written proceduresDirecting products for rework and confirming completion, arranging documentation for first article requirements, and performing process auditsEnsuring proper staging and coordination of processing steps, maintaining ESD integrity, and cleanliness of work areaParticipating in training and potentially training other employeesThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Hold an Associate's Degree in a relevant field (electronics focus preferred) and have 2+ years' inspection experience in a high-volume, contract-manufacturing environmentPossess IPC-A-600/610/620 certification and familiarity with operating a 3D Automated Optical Inspection (3DAOI) machineCan perform inspections by following blueprints and procedures from supplier engineeringUnderstand basic electro-mechanical tools (multi-meters, calipers, torque drivers, etc.) and can interpret detailed drawings and schematicsHave experience with ERP systems and basic computer skills, along with strong organizational and communication abilitiesAre self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environmentHave ESD Training; ISO 9001 experience is a plusAre a US Person as defined in 22 CFR Part 120.15 (U.S.
