Quality-Incident InvestigatorThe Compliance & Risk Management Specialist is responsible for ongoing assessment of programs' performance, incident investigations, and monitoring compliance with contractual agreements including current requirements and standards of care as set forth by applicable regulatory bodies. The person in this position is expected to work cross functionally with various interdisciplinary teams that may comprise administrators, programs supervisors and direct line staff throughout the agency. Essential duties associated with the said position include, but are not limited to the following:Performing reviews of programs' compliance with relevant health hazard and safety risk standardsLeading and completing internal incident investigations and generating comprehensive written reports with sound recommendationsConducting billing compliance and quality performance reviewsHelping with timely completion of health records management processesGathering accurate data on programs' compliance with applicable standards of careProviding data analytics that will help identify and inform on risk factorsAssisting with the agency's accreditation renewal processesResponding positively to all reasonable requests from leadership in a timely mannerRunning meetings in relation to Continuous Quality Improvement, Incident Management and ComplianceSupporting overall strategic plan of the organizationAdhering to the organization's core values and commitmentsKey qualifications include:Knowledge of Compliance and incident management in the Human Services fieldAbility to collect accurate data and conduct analysisHigh reading comprehensionStrong writing skills in EnglishProficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft SuitesEffective verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAdeptness to learn new software and systems for electronic health recordsAssociate's degree in social science or related field, Bachelor's degree preferredAbility to access and utilize agency electronic systems (sponsored and operated) including Apps such as ADP on smartphones and/or other devices for work purposesBenefits of Quality-Incident InvestigatorGenerous PTO, 4 weeks of vacation, floating holidays, holidays, personal and sick timeHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Benefits401(k) Employer ContributionsTuition ReimbursementFlex Spending AccountsEmployer Paid STD, LTD and Life InsuranceProfessional DevelopmentThe work environment involves no physical risk or hazardous conditions.
