Coordinating and monitoring quality improvement and organizational projects, the full-time Quality Improvement Project Manager will oversee NCQA and HEDIS preparations while working remotely from Florida. Key responsibilities Manage quality improvement projects from inception to closure, ensuring adherence to NCQA standards Analyze data and develop educational materials for internal staff and external constituents Coordinate HEDIS submissions and interventions to enhance health measures for the Plan Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or equivalent experience; Master's in Public Health preferred 4+ years of quality improvement or project management experience in managed care Advanced knowledge of HEDIS and NCQA Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Access Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or CPHQ certification highly preferred
