Quality Improvement Manager, Florida

To advance operational excellence and patient safety, the full-time Quality Improvement Program Manager for Computed Tomography will lead quality improvement initiatives, conduct audits, and support accreditation efforts in a remote capacity while leveraging data and analytics to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities Conduct site and system audits to ensure quality surveillance across various operations Lead corporate quality improvement teams by managing multiple projects and ensuring goals and objectives are met Serve as an expert on the accreditation process, maintaining survey readiness and educating team members on relevant standards Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience Three (3) years of related experience, preferably in radiology or healthcare Management experience in healthcare operations Knowledge of Joint Commission standards and OSHA requirements Strong analytical skills and experience with Internal Quality Auditing processes
