Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
The Role: Quality/Hardware Test Manager
We are seeking a hands-on engineering leader to guide a small team of engineers. This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibility, ensuring that my client’s products meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and reliability.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a small hardware test team, fostering accountability and professional growth.
- Manage multiple testing projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Perform hands-on hardware testing, with a focus on performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001, EMC standards, and other regulatory requirements.
- Develop and improve quality processes to close gaps and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation to ensure full traceability of testing and compliance activities.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with ISO9001 and quality standards
- Proven track record in hardware reliability/product testing
- Background in QC/QA
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering (or related)
- Experience with consumer products (e.g., handheld devices, medical devices, baby monitors)
- Location: Woonsocket, Rhode Island (100% on-site)
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm EDT
- Start Date: ASAP
