Required Skill and Experience

Perform RCCA using 8-D, fishbone diagram and 5 Why’s

• Create and review process verification instruction and manufacturing work instruction.

• Customer specification interpretation

• Ability to plan and coordinate value additions/improvements to the existing shop floor support.

• Ability to perform design reviews to ensure that quality is engineered into the product.

• Capable to coordinate and present the solution to approving team including the customer.

• Participates in design and product reviews to ensure that producibility, inspect ability, reliability, safety, Quality System integrity, and business process management objectives are met

• Communication with all teams (engineering, tooling, production, quality) to assure the product is completed correctly and on schedule to the customer.

• Present Investigation documents and Process with leadership

Preferred Skill and Experience

Knowledge of Aerospace industry and standards

• Blueprint reading ( 2D drawings)

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

§ Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering

§ Typically, 2 to 5 year of experience in an Quality engineering classification / position

§ Microsoft Office - advanced skill level

§ Knowledge of Aerospace industry and standards

§ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

§ Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
