Become part of a team that thrives on excellence in a fast changing, high-growth technology environment!ResponsibilitiesProvides administrative and analytical support to the quality departmentRecords data accurately and creates quality analysis reports and quality KPI'sPrepares both external and internal reports / KPIsAdvanced Excel user with good all-round MS Office tools capabilityA comprehensive understanding of the components and the method of their assemblyMaintains records and KPIs for all aspects of non-conforming materialManaging non-conforming material recovery and the respective records and KPIsSupporting in all aspects of RMAMaintains all aspects of document registrationMaintains and supports in all aspects of the ISO IntranetAssists with the preparation of ISO Documentation and document managementMaintains files for the departmentMust be flexible in their approach to work and tasks to meet the needs of the business.Preferred but not essentialPrevious experience working in a quality departmentInspection experienceComputer hardware knowledgeISO auditing experience or knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 1400Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications including outlook, Word, excel and Power point with strong bias towards ExcelExcellent attention to detail.
