Job Description
Investigate product and process quality issues
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities
Support customer and supplier quality initiatives
Develop and monitor quality metrics and KPIs
Participate in APQP, PPAP, and FMEA activities
Conduct internal audits and support external audits
Analyze process data and implement quality improvements
Drive scrap reduction and process capability improvements

The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Engineer should have:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field
3+ years of quality engineering experience
Experience in plastics manufacturing, injection molding, or extrusion
Strong knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies
Understanding of quality tools including FMEA, SPC, and Control Plans
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 experience
CQE certification
Automotive or medical device manufacturing experience
Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
