Coordinate communication between engineering, manufacturing, quality, and customer-facing teams to ensure issues are clearly understood and actions are completed.
Support internal, registrar, and customer audits by coordinating action completion, verifying effectiveness, and supporting ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 QMS requirements.
