Senior QA Engineer

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer with 12+ years of experience in software testing and automation. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Java or Python, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, API testing, and automation framework development.
The candidate should have experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks, implementing BDD practices, executing functional and regression testing, and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Generative AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Cursor is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Java or Python.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Page Object Model (POM).
- Implement Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber, Gherkin, and Given/When/Then scenarios.
- Create and maintain reusable automation components, step definitions, hooks, runners, and feature files.
- Perform API testing using REST Assured, Karate, Gatling, or Postman.
- Validate REST APIs, HTTP methods, status codes, JSON/XML responses, authentication, and schema validation.
