🔧 What You'll Do -
- Help ensure products meet requirements through audits, inspection, and testing
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Collect and analyze data for gauge and product evaluation
- Write procedures, specifications, and standards for products and processes
- Identify the people, gauges, procedures, and materials needed to launch new products
- Work with suppliers to make sure they can deliver quality products
- Partner with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and outside experts to reach quality goals
✅ What You Bring
- B.S. in Engineering, or a related Bachelor's degree with a quality engineering certification (e.g., CQE)
- Basic knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T
- Familiarity with FDA quality system regulations (QSR/QMSR) and ISO standards
- Understanding of FMEA, design assurance, and product testing method
- Hands-on experience with CMMs and optical comparators
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to meet deadlines and build strong working relationships
