Quality Engineer - Remote
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Quality Engineer - Remote position with a Regional Health Insurance Provider located in Eagan, MN. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. Compensation: $59.30 - $69.30 per hour, W2, based on qualifications.
Position Overview: This role will support the Outbound Correspondence team, responsible for validating enterprise document generation, customer communications, print vendor integrations, and correspondence workflows. The Quality Engineer will focus on ensuring quality across outbound correspondence solutions, enterprise integrations, APIs, backend workflows, and document delivery processes by partnering with developers, solution architects, business analysts, and product teams to validate enterprise correspondence solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases
- Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing
- Validate outbound correspondence workflows
- Test document generation processes and template integrations
- Validate APIs, backend services, and enterprise integrations
- Test integrations with print vendors and enterprise document repositories
- Support cloud-based correspondence modernization initiatives
- Partner with developers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Product Owners
- Document testing results and defects
- Participate in Agile delivery and release validation
- Support automation initiatives where appropriate
Primary Requirements:
- Healthcare industry experience
- Strong functional and integration testing experience
- API testing using Postman
- Strong SQL skills
- Backend validation
- Enterprise integration testing
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Jira
- Strong communication skills
