Actively participate on plant wide teamQualifications You Must HaveBachelor's Degree in Engineering and 2 or more years' experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations management, quality or related environment or a Master's degree and at least 1 year experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations quality or related environmentExperience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsDemonstrated proficiency managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentQualifications We PreferDegree in Mechanical or Manufacturing EngineeringExperience in an aerospace/defense manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologiesASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or working toward certificationDemonstrated effective root cause determination skills (Red-X, Fault Tree, etc.)The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
