Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.What You Will DoLead teams to investigate the root cause of customer escapes and non-conformances and determine appropriate corrective/preventive actionsReview and approve First Article inspections and Process TryoutsPerform product, process and work instruction auditsInterface with various Engineering groups and Customer Support to resolve technical/quality issues related to engine manual repairs and other approved technical dataLead and participate in various teams in support of the unit's CORE goalsReview and implement various regulatory requirement changes. Provide technical guidance and training to OEM Parts InspectorsAssist with Escape investigations within Business Units. Actively participate on plant wide teamQualifications You Must HaveBachelor's Degree in Engineering and 2 or more years' experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations management, quality or related environment or a Master's degree and at least 1 year experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations quality or related environmentExperience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsDemonstrated proficiency managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentQualifications We PreferDegree in Mechanical or Manufacturing EngineeringExperience in an aerospace/defense manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologiesASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or working toward certificationDemonstrated effective root cause determination skills (Red-X, Fault Tree, etc.)The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
