What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- 3+ years of quality engineering experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting DOT-regulated products
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Experience developing procedures, quality documentation, and process controls
- Familiarity with ERP systems
Key Responsibilities
- Support internal audits, customer audits, and quality investigations
- Lead root-cause analysis and corrective action activities
- Review product specifications, drawings, and manufacturing requirements
- Partner with suppliers and customers to address quality concerns xhqgsiq
- Conduct inspections and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Track quality metrics and compliance performance
