We’re seeking a driven Quality Engineer to help build and manage a full quality system for a growing high‑tech manufacturer of electro‑optical components.

Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and maintain quality manuals, plans, and mapping.
• Support value stream mapping and collaborate with engineering.
• Establish quality systems, documentation, and measurable controls.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, statistical methods, and ITAR (defense experience a plus).
• Support precision assembly processes and handle required admin/paperwork.

Candidate Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality systems/engineering.
• Background in ISO, quality tools, and statistical measurement.
• Precision assembly experience; electro‑optical exposure a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline preferred; ASQ certification a plus.
