This exciting role has a starting salary of $50,000 - $70,000 depending on experience and a comprehensive benefits package. Our great client has newly created this position that comes with excellent career growth opportunity for someone with a quality and safety mindset.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, inspection methods, and testing protocols to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal quality standardsEvaluate manufacturing processes, analyze quality data and trends, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiencyConduct product, material, equipment, and process validation activities, including testing, calibration management, statistical analysis, and documentation of resultsLead investigations involving nonconforming materials, customer complaints, and corrective and preventive actions, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective corrective actionsSupport and maintain the Quality Management System including safety and quality certifications, customer specifications, raw material specifications, and finished product requirementsTrain production and quality personnel on quality systems, inspection methods, new equipment, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent execution across the organizationSupport customer and certification audits, respond to customer quality inquiries, maintain inspection and calibration records, and serve as backup to the Director of Quality as needed
