Position Summary
Under the direction of the leadership team in the Quality Department, release MRB rework packages, conduct quality and technical audits of manufacturing processes and documentation; review manufacturing instructions and data; and ensure compliance with customer print and special purchase order requirements.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
* Plan and release rework instructions for items in the Material Review Board process.
* Assist with compliance procedure implementation and adherence.
* Assist in conducting internal audits across various departments, evaluating adherence to internal and external quality standards and regulatory requirements.
* Support the review and analysis of quality documentation, identifying potential gaps and non-conformities.
* Participate in the investigation of customer complaints and non-conformance issues, assisting with root cause analysis and corrective action recommendations.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
* Assist in the preparation of audit reports, documenting findings and recommendations for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and track the effectiveness of corrective actions.
* Participate in special projects related to quality assurance and process improvement as assigned.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/master's degree in quality engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
