And it's your chance to really shine and contribute to one of the world's most recognized brands and a beacon for engineering excellence.Position Summary:As a Quality Engineer and part of the Problem Resolution Team (PRT), you will be working closely with our domestic and external supply chains to contain escapes and prevent defects and to provide data and insight into the causes of non-quality.What you will be doing:Leading activities to effectively manage non-conformance and protect the supply chain from Quality escapesProvide coaching and support to suppliers and internal stakeholdersCoaching and supporting problem-solving activities at suppliersProviding data and support to the Supply Management Teams to monitor and measure the performance and effectiveness of their external supply chain.Identifying opportunities to improve Quality and implementing plans to deliver that improvementBasic Requirements:Associate degree and 4 years of experience in supply chain, engineering, quality or operations, ORBachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in supply chain, engineering, quality or operations, ORMaster's degree in supply chain, engineering, quality or operations, ORJD/PhD degree in supply chain, engineering, quality or operations, OR6 years of experience in supply chain, engineering, quality, or operations, in lieu of a degreeMust be able to travel 10% of the timeIn order to be considered for this role, you must be a U.S.
