- Report to the Quality Assurance General Manager.
- Responsible for resolving quality issues with customers and ensuring timely resolution.
- Lead corrective action within manufacturing process
- Travel includes approx. 2 trips to Mexico a year.

Requirements:
- Must have 5+ years of problem solving experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Automotive manufacturing would be a plus.
- Excellent communicator
- Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint needed.
