- Serve as the customer contact for any customer quality issues or questions
- Prepare data for quality reports and findings
- Work alongside other engineers on the manufacturing floor to correct any quality issues with products

Requirements:
- Must have a bachelor's degree in engineering; other degrees cannot be considered at this time
