The Quality Engineer will support customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment. This role partners with operations to
resolve quality issues and strengthen quality systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer complaints, returns, and 8D corrective actions
- Identify root causes and implement solutions with plant teams
- Maintain and improve quality systems (ISO/IATF compliance)
- Support SPC, process controls, and operator training
- Conduct internal audits and LPAs
- Assist with PPAPs and quality documentation
- Review and disposition non-conforming materials
- Maintain FMEA/PFMEA and control plans
- Support gage R&R and training initiatives
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in quality
- Experience in manufacturing (machining/metals preferred)
- Strong GD&T and measurement knowledge
- Familiar with ISO/IATF, SPC, and problem-solving tools
Salary Range: $85,000-$100,000
