This role partners with engineering, operations, sourcing, and project management on initiatives such as NPD, VAVE, ETO, DTO, design specials, and other business-critical projects. The engineer helps reduce risk, improve manufacturability, ensure compliance, and drive robust problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.## ## **What you will do:*** Serve as the quality representative on cross-functional project teams for NPD, VAVE, ETO, DTO, design specials, and similar initiatives.* Ensure quality requirements are identified, documented, and flowed into product and process development activities.* Participate in project reviews, design reviews, risk assessments, and gate approvals.* Lead or support APQP, control plan development, PFMEA/DFMEA reviews, and process validation activities as applicable.* Define product and process quality criteria for prototypes, pilot builds, pre-production, and production launch.* Partner with design engineering to review drawings, specifications, tolerances, and critical-to-quality characteristics.* Work with manufacturing and operations teams to develop control plans, inspection methods, test plans, and quality controls.* Lead the development of inspection plans and quality acceptance criteria* Support supplier quality activities related to new components, design changes, and cost-reduction projects.* Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions using structured problem-solving tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, and fishbone analysis.* Monitor project quality metrics and communicate risks, issues, and mitigation actions to stakeholders.* Support qualification of new products, special designs, components, materials, processes, process equipment, and tooling.* Ensure compliance with applicable customers, regulatory, and internal quality requirements.* Review and approve deviation requests, concession activities, and change-related quality documentation when required.* Assist with PPAP, first article inspection, capability studies, measurement system analysis, and validation documentation where applicable.* Provide quality support during launch, early production, and field issue follow-up.* Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve reliability, cost, delivery, and customer satisfaction.**What you will bring:*** 3+ years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, product quality, or project quality.* Experience supporting cross-functional product or process projects in a manufacturing environment.* Working knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, control plans, SPC, MSA, capability analysis, and root cause analysis.* Experience with new product introduction, product changes, validation, and production launch support.* Proficiency with standard quality systems and documentation practices.* Experience with electrical components and assemblies is highly preferred.* Experience with ERP/MRP, PLM, or quality management systems is a plus.* ASQ certification or similar credential is a plus.**연간 기본급 범위 또는 시급 기본급 범위**$89,585.00 - $124,950.00**보상 유형:**급여**인센티브 대상**No**판매 수수료 대상**No**면책 조항**: 당사는 이 직무에 대해 다양한 요소를 고려하여 경쟁력 있는 보상을 제공하기 위해 노력하고 있습니다. 실제 보상 수준은 경력, 성과, 지역, 학력, 경험, 출장 요건, 노조 소속 여부 등 여러 요소에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 당사의 보상 범위는 일반적으로 해당 국가의 전국 평균을 기준으로 산정됩니다. 또한, 복리후생은 지역, 사업 부문, 노조 참여, 직원 신분 등에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.**직장과 가정에서 모두 성장하세요:** * 복리후생은 귀하와 가족에게 입사 첫날부터 적용되며, 건강보험과 넉넉한 인센티브를 제공하는 종합 웰니스 프로그램을 포함합니다 – 우리는 배려할 용기가 있습니다!* 가족 형성 지원 혜택에는 난임 치료 보장과 입양/대리출산 지원이 포함됩니다.* 유급 휴가에는 최대 15일의 휴가, 유급 공휴일, 병가 및 자원봉사와 육아휴직을 지원하기 위한 추가 옵션이 포함됩니다.* 401K 매칭 기여금, 회사 프로그램을 통한 교육 및 훈련 기회와 함께 학비 지원 및 학자금 대출 부채 지원. 면책 조항: 제공되는 복리후생은 근무지, 단체협약 및 지역/주 규정에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다안전 민감 직무Yes회사는 특정 직무를 안전 민감 직무로 지정합니다. 안전 민감 직무의 경우 추가적인 약물 검사가 요구될 수 있습니다. 본 직무는 안전 민감 직무입니다.저희는 경쟁력 있는 보상과 포괄적인 복리후생 및 프로그램을 제공합니다. 당사는 기회균등 고용주로서, 모든 적격 지원자는 인종, 피부색, 종교, 성별, 성적 지향, 성 정체성, 출신 국가, 임신, 연령, 혼인 여부, 장애, 보호대상 재향군인 신분 또는 기타 법적으로 보호되는 신분에 관계없이 채용 심사 대상이 됩니다.
