Job Description
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to resolve technical product and process issues on the production floor
- Leverage problem-solving tools including root cause analysis, corrective actions, 8D reports, and 5 Whys to drive continuous improvement through product and process optimization
- Utilize data and analytics to enhance and drive quality performance
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in an Aero, Auto, or Medical-regulated market
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to execute on tasks, lead problem solving, and maintain a floor-driven presence
- BS degree in Engineering preferred; a BS degree in another discipline is acceptable, and tenured candidates without a degree will also be considered
