Job Description
nInsight Global is looking for a Quality Engineer to joining a growing team supporting the Semiconductor industry. This role will support overall quality operations within the Service Technology Center, ensuring compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. The engineer will focus on reducing defects, improving process efficiency, and lowering warranty costs through root cause analysis and failure investigations. They will lead quality initiatives including audits, non-conformance resolution, and corrective actions, while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting. This person will work cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and global quality teams to standardize processes and implement improvements, as well as provide training on quality procedures, SOPs, and system updates. This role can pay between 85K-95K based on an evaluation of relevant years of experience and education level.

nSkills and Requirements
nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related discipline
n3-5+ years of experience in a quality engineering or manufacturing quality role
nStrong knowledge of ISO9001 Quality Management Systems
nExperience supporting audits and working within structured quality systems
nExperience with root cause analysis, failure analysis (FRACAS), and continuous improvement methodologies
nExperience in manufacturing environments, including process validation and verification
nProven ability to lead training, communicate across teams, and drive process improvements Knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards
nExperience with Lean manufacturing / continuous improvement systems
nFamiliarity with Power BI, Minitab, or advanced data tools
nExperience with calibration processes and measurement tools
nSix Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt preferred)
