As an Individual Contributor: Provide 24/7 Supplier Quality Support by continuously addressing and resolving supplier quality issues, ensuring the highest standards in EV production. Take cradle-to-grave responsibility for assigned mass production suppliers, including managing supplier scorecards and performance evaluations.
As People Manager: Oversee commodity SQEs, leading and managing priorities and project assignments for all team members. Ensure comprehensive 24/7 supplier quality coverage for systems and subsystems within the plant.
Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Swiftly identify, analyze, and resolve supplier-related quality issues to protect plant operations. Implement root cause analysis and permanent countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Manufacturing, Plant Quality, Material Planning, Logistics, NPI teams, and suppliers to develop robust solutions that protect plant operations and drive product quality.
Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring open communication and collaboration to achieve mutual quality objectives.
