Leading the day-to-day operations of document control, the full-time Quality Document Control Supervisor will supervise a team, manage escalations, and ensure compliance with quality management systems while working in a hybrid environment with four days onsite and one day remote. Key responsibilities Supervise and mentor a team of Document Control Specialists, conducting performance reviews and managing workloads to meet deadlines Serve as the escalation point for complex compliance inquiries and oversee the accuracy of outgoing compliance documentation Lead the design and implementation of document data processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the document control function Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or an Associate's degree with 4+ years of document control or product compliance experience, including supervisory experience Demonstrated experience in leading a team and managing compliance with environmental product regulations such as RoHS and REACH Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with PLM systems and document management tools Strong project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives to completion independently Commitment to workplace safety, sustainability, and environmental compliance, with the ability to travel approximately 10%
