Pallet Quality CoordinatorRyder is immediately hiring a permanent full time Pallet Quality Coordinator at our warehouse manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas. The future we build together.RequirementsAssociate's degree preferredHigh school diploma requiredPrevious experience in food grade facilityExperience with GMPs, FDA, USDA, etc.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsImportant note: Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.ResponsibilitiesVerify and monitor relevant finished packaging codes as it relates to specificationsAssist in effectively inspecting product for quality issues and remove defects/contaminants such as stones, wood, glass, plastic, etc., prior to packaging in accordance to specificationsPerform timely checks to meet specificationsProvide supervisors/managers with proper quality documentation as requiredMaintain good manufacturing practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safetyMaintain quality to meet all standards required by FDA, USDA, etc.Ensure product quality to meet customer, state and federal guidelinesOther duties as required or assignedRyder is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and drug free workplace.
