Quality Control (QC) Technician / InspectorWe are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Technician to inspect and verify manufactured equipment containing both electrical and mechanical components. The ideal candidate will ensure products meet quality standards, engineering drawings, and customer requirements while working closely with production, engineering, and management teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform quality inspections on manufactured equipment with electrical and mechanical componentsInspect assemblies, subassemblies, and finished products for workmanship, functionality, and complianceRead and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specificationsIdentify and understand electrical and mechanical symbols used in drawings and documentationVerify materials, components, and wiring against drawings and bills of materials (BOMs)Document inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actionsCommunicate quality issues clearly and professionally with production and engineering teamsSupport continuous improvement efforts and help resolve quality-related problemsEnsure compliance with company quality standards, procedures, and safety requirementsRequired Skills & QualificationsExperience in quality control or inspection in a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of electrical and mechanical componentsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and symbolsExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to work effectively as a team playerComfortable using basic measurement and inspection toolsBasic computer skills for documentation and reportingExperience with electrical, mechanical, or industrial systems (for example QC, assembly, maintenance, etc.)Experience inspecting industrial equipment, machinery, or control panelsFamiliarity with quality standardsAbout ManpowerGroup, Parent Company of: Manpower, Experis, Talent Solutions, and Jefferson WellsManpowerGroup® (NYSE: MAN), the leading global workforce solutions company, helps organizations transform in a fast-changing world of work by sourcing, assessing, developing, and managing the talent that enables them to win.
