Quality Control Supervisor

LHH is recruiting for a Quality Control Supervisor with a growing precast concrete manufacturer in Wallingford, CT. This is a hands-on role supporting quality operations across multiple nearby plants, with strong exposure to DOT requirements, concrete testing, audits, and QC documentation.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in precast concrete, construction materials, or related manufacturing
• Experience with DOT/transportation agency documentation and audits
• Knowledge of ASTM/AASHTO test methods
• Ability to review concrete test data and identify quality/strength issues
• Experience with PCI and/or NPCA standards is a plus
• ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician Grade I certification preferred, or ability to obtain within 3 months
