JOB DESCRIPTION
Bremerton Project • Design-build project currently wrapping up Design Package 2, which is due at the end of the month. • Project consists of a 5-story renovation of an existing barracks building on a military base. • Currently transitioning from the design phase into mobilization.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Active CQC Certification (must be current; certification is valid for 5 years) • EM 385 certification • Minimum 5 years of combined construction quality control experience • Minimum 2 years of dedicated experience as a Quality Control Manager in federal space
NICE xzgxqkn TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• CPR Certified • First Aid Certified • Team-oriented personality and easy to work with Experience working for a large General Contractor (GC)
