You will perform inspections on inbound and outbound shipments, audit inventory accuracy, verify documentation, and monitor service levels to support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Working closely with operations and customer service teams, you’ll investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend process improvements.
